At Edmund Rice College we facilitate boys and girls basketball teams for 1st years, 2nd years, u16s (3rd and 4th years), and u19s (5th and 6th years).
Basketball is a hugely popular sport at Edmund Rice College and the school has experienced great success in basketball over the last number of years, winning regional, provincial, and national competitions.
In 2025 we had another successful year, winning the east region league for a second year in a row!
